We ship via UPS/FedEx in the USA.

Damaged Items

If your order is damaged in shipment contact the shipping company directly (UPS, etc.). Claims must be made through them not us.

Exchanges

We offer our customers a free exchange for a period of 30 days from date of purchase only if parts have not been used or altered. Parts that have been painted or marked in any way (bolt or lockwasher marks, etc.) will not be accepted for exchange. We will exchange parts for parts of comparable or greater value (i.e. no cash refunds). You must pay freight both ways. All exchanges must be accompanied by original invoice.

No exchanges or refunds on special or custom orders.

Returns

All sales are final and parts may be returned only with prior written consent and return authorization number of Master Power Brakes. Any approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. You must pay freight-no C.O.D. returns accepted. No returns after 30 days. All returns must be accompanied by original invoice-no core credit after 30 days-no returns on special orders. All cores must be returned within 30 days from shipment date in order to get core credit.

Prices

We do our absolute best to maintain the prices advertised in this catalog, however we reserve the right to change prices without notice if conditions warrant. Customer will be notified of any significant changes.

Backorders

Any portion of your order not in stock will be held on backorder and shipped as soon as possible. In some instances we may delay your order 2 or 3 days in order to ship complete.

Payment

Must be made in U.S. funds only. No COD orders. Visa, MasterCard, cashier checks or money orders are accepted. Personal check mail orders will require 2 to 3 week delay to allow check to clear your bank. All accounts 30 days past due will be subject to a 1 1/2% service fee monthly. Also to include all collection cost. Including any and all attorneys fees.

Shipping, Handllng, lnsurance Charges

Oversized or extra heavy shipments may require an additional charge. We do our best to ship the least expensive way possible.

Liability

Neither Master Power Brakes, its dealers or agents shall be liable, in any way, for any damage, loss, injury or other claims, resulting from the use or misuse, or inability to use any of our products. Buyer or User assumes liability of any kind connected with the use/or application of our products. The foregoing is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. Master Power Brakes' sole responsibility shall be to replace whatever parts prove defective at their option.

Core Charges

Where core charges apply, credit will be given if cores are received within 30 days of date of order.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Purchasers understand and recognize that racing parts and equipment, such as disc brakes, hubs, etc., and all parts, inventory and services manufactured and/or sold by Master Power Brakes, Inc. are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used. Purchasers and Master Power Brakes, Inc. consciously desire to make their own bargain, irrespective of any court decision and purchasers agree upon good faith and in consideration for being allowed to purchase from Master Power Brakes, Inc. said parts or services. Purchasers expressly acknowledge and understand that Master Power Brakes, Inc. does not make any aftirmation of fact or promise to purchase which relates to said parts, inventory, or services, that becomes part of the basis of the bargain with purchasers. Nor does Master Power Brakes, Inc. make, or cause to be made, as a part of the basis of the bargain with purchasers any description or affirmation of fact concerning any sample or model of racing parts, and equipment inventory or service.

As further consideration for purchasers using Master Power Brakes, Inc. racing parts and equipment any and all inventory and services, purchasers acknowledge that due to the differing conditions and circumstances under which all equipment and parts are installed and used, purchasers are not relying on Master Power Brakes, Inc. skill or judgement to select or furnish the proper part or equipment. Purchasers expressly affirm that they are relying upon their own skill or judgement to select and purchase suitable goods.

Master Power Brakes, Inc. makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, to purchasers. There is no warranty of merchantability made to purchasers. Master Power Brakes, Inc. further excludes any implied warranty ot fitness with respect to racing and equipment, any and all inventory, and service.

It is expressly understood and agreed between purchasers and Master Power Brakes, Inc. that as part of the bargain between Master Power Brakes, Inc. and purchasers, and in consideration of doing business with each other, all purchasers take, select and purchase said racing parts, equipment, any and all inventory, or services from Master Power Brakes, Inc. "as is" and "with all faults" and Master Power Brakes, Inc. shall always provide purchasers with a full and complete opportunity to examine, at purchaser's leisure and convenience, any racing parts, and equipment, any and all inventory, or services when purchasers contemplate purchasing from Master Power Brakes, Inc.

If, and in the event that purchasers expressly or impliedly cause representations, or statements or affirmations of fact contrary to this disclaimer of all warranties, expressed or implied, then purchasers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Master Power Brakes, Inc. by any purchaser.

Purchasers understand and agree that no officer, director, or employee, or salesman of Master Power Brakes, Inc. has any authority to make any statements contrary to the terms of this agreement. On the contrary Master Power Brakes, Inc. disavows any statement contrary to what is herein above written.
