Mullins trailer

Our Mullins can carry up to 800 pounds of cargo on the provided leaf springs and 1.5-inch square box tubing frame. The low ride height looks just right behind a street rod and the dropped tube axle design permits a flat floor that maximizes the 44 cubic feet of weatherproof storage. The fiberglass lid and main body are made with three layers of fiberglass and corematt for extra strength and further reinforced with steel.

Superior Glass Works will work with you to select fenders, lights, and other options to create a trailer that will match your car and your needs. Trailer frame, box, lid, and fenders can all be purchased separately. Click on the fenders listed at the above right or below for pictures and specifications for each.

Fender Options/Recommendations - NO ONE offers the selection of fenders that we do!

Original Mullins Fender This classic is just how they were originally built in the late 30's and is therefore period-correct behind any street rod. Also a good choice when your trailer will be used behind several different vehicles or a modern car.

1932 Ford Fender - Great for Model A's, 1932 Fords, other makes from this era

1931-32 Chevy Fender - A perfect match for your early Chevy. The '32 fender has a nicely details bead line at the bottom of the tail. Extra wide available.

1935-36 Chevy truck fender - For your Chevy for the same year, or other trucks and cars from the early 30'. Extra wide available.

Superior Street Rod Fender - similar in style to a '37 Chevy fender this one works great behind any fat-fendered car or truck. This fender makes a nice wrap around at the tail of the trailer.

Superior Thirty-Four - Most car makers added a little skirt to the tail of their car fenders in '33 and '34, and this fender is a very good compliment. Ours started life as a '34 Chevy Standard fender, but looks right with a Ford, Buick, Willys, etc. from '33 or '34.
