Since steel doors are hard to find, the proper repair of them has become critical. The very important repair can be easily done with an EMS Door Bottom kit. The EMS Door Bottom Kit includes 2 pieces, the outer door skin and the inner structure. These pieces are sold as a kit for each door only. The outer door skin is precision die stamped from 20 gauge steel with all the proper curves and shaped 6" high and the hem flange on the outer skin is included and formed to a reverse 45 degree angle for proper assembly to the inner door structure. The inner door structure is a one piece die stamped section from 18 gauge steel with all the proper steps for the door jamb. Cross braces and other features from original doors are included.
