Manufactured in the USA from thick 18 gage steel. The lower rear 1/4 panel rolls under to the proper spot weld flange and extends upward 4 inches above the wheel opening. Has the correct shape to attach properly to the EMS tailpan at the rear and extends forward to 2/3 through the wheel opening. Shipped rust free in a protective container.
